NTWRK users are encouraged to submit a ticket with our support team by tapping the Need Help? Ask Here section on the profile view of your app. Upon reporting incorrectly received items, please include up to 4 detailed images of the product and the documentation that arrived with the order.
All reports of Incorrectly Shipping Orders should be reported within 30 days from the date of the order delivery. All reports of lost packages that are submitted after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be supported.
For expedited services, please follow these steps:
- Login to your NTWRK account on the NTWRK app.
- Tap the "profile" tab.
- Select the "Need Help? Ask Here" selection
- Submit a ticket to report a damaged item.
