If your product has arrived damaged, NTWRK user's are encouraged to submit a ticket with our support team by tapping the Need Help? Ask Here section on the profile view of your app. Upon reporting damaged items, please include up to 4 detailed images of the product and the documentation that arrived with the order. NTWRK does not accept returns for packaging that arrives damaged. The NTWRK will support damaged reports that are in relation to manufacturing defects such as:
- Visible Adhesives
The NTWRK will assess the damages and follow up with you to provide you with a return label to return the damaged product to our warehouse. A replacement will be offered if inventory is available. If the inventory is not available, we will issue a full refund once the damaged product has been received.
Reports of damaged products should be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Damaged orders reported after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be supported.
For expedited services, please follow these steps:
- Login to your NTWRK account on the NTWRK app.
- Tap the "profile" tab.
- Select the "Need Help? Ask Here" selection
- Submit a ticket to report a damaged item.
