If your product has arrived damaged, NTWRK users are encouraged to submit a ticket with our support team. Upon reporting damaged items, our team will require imagery to move forward in the damaged item process. NTWRK does not accept returns for packaging that arrives damaged.
If it is determined that your product is damaged, The NTWRK will follow up with you to provide you with a return label to send the damaged product to our fulfillment enter. A replacement will be offered if inventory is available.
If the inventory is not available, we will issue a full refund once the damaged product has been received.
Reports of damaged products should be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Damaged orders reported after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be supported.
NTWRK may work with external brands and partners for drops and shows. In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, NTWRK's internal policy above is not supported. The brand partner's internal policy will be enforced.
