All reports of Lost Packages, such as orders that are stuck in a Pending -or- PreShipment Status should be reported within 30 days from the date of the order's shipment date. All reports of lost packages that are submitted after 30 days from the date of shipment will not be supported.
Please note: Lost package claims can take up to 30 days to receive a response from the carrier. It is not guaranteed that lost package claims will receive a response and claims have the potential of becoming denied.
