NTWRK users will find success by submitting lost or stolen package claims with the carrier provided. The NTWRK is unable to support replacements or refunds for orders that are declared delivered.
For more information about missing packages, please follow these steps:
- Login to your NTWRK account on the NTWRK app.
- Tap the "profile" tab.
- Select the "Need Help? Ask Here" selection
- Submit a ticket to request information on missing packages.
