Upon submitting a ticket, please include a screen recording from the time that you enter the NTWRK app to the point where you are experiencing an issue. In addition, please include a brief description of the nature of your problem.
With the screen recording, we will be able to pinpoint exactly what the root cause of your problem is by reviewing with our developers. Screenshots will limit our visibility into the problem.
