A lost package is a parcel where the tracking information is stuck in s Pending or Pre-Shipment status.
The NTWRK is able to provide support by filing a lost package claim with the carrier. Please submit a ticket through your NTWRK profile view and tap the Need Help? Ask Here button.
NTWRK is able to provide support by filing a claim with our internal insurance company. Oftentimes, NTWRK can support accommodations for these matters within 30 days from the date of filing.
Please note: During the timeframe of the pandemic, the carrier systems have been extremely delayed with internal claims and claims can take anywhere from 30 - 90 days to receive a response.
It is not guaranteed that claims will be provided a response.
NTWRK may work with external brands and partners for drops and shows. In the event that your package is lost in transit, NTWRK's internal policy above is not supported. The brand partner's internal policy will be enforced.
