Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to support rerouting your package.
The NTWRK can support you by submitting a request to the carrier to reroute your order, however, there is no guarantee that a reroute will be successful. As a result, we suggest contacting the carrier and reference your tracking information to request that the package be held at a local facility so you can pick up the parcel. The carrier will allow the recipient to make this type of adjustment. The recipient is not enabled to request a reroute of the package.
Please know that you will be required to present a photo ID upon arrival to claim your package.
In order to prevent future issues with shipping addresses, please ensure that the address listed on your profile is accurate for future orders placed.
