NTWRK users will receive an email notification once orders have begun shipping. Please be sure to check the spam/promotions folder for tracking email notifications.
Please note: If an order has been stuck in a pending status for 1-3 days it is likely that the carrier has not updated the tracking information with a recent scan. Not to worry - submit a ticket via your profile tab on the NTWRK app and we provide support by following up with the carrier to provide an update.
For expedited services, please follow these steps:
- Login to your NTWRK account on the NTWRK app.
- Tap the "profile" tab.
- Select the "Need Help? Ask Here" selection
- Submit a ticket to request support on a tracking number that is still in a pending status.
