The NTWRK can support adjustments to shipping addresses if tracking information has not been populated. If your order has a tracking number, unfortunately, we are unable to make adjustments to your address.
Please note, it is not a guarantee that shipping addresses will be updated upon your request as your order may be in progress to ship.
In order to prevent any future address issues, please ensure that the shipping address entered on your profile is accurate.
For expedited services, please follow these steps:
- Login to your NTWRK account on the NTWRK app.
- Tap the "profile" tab.
- Select the "Need Help? Ask Here" selection
- Submit a ticket to request an address adjustment.
